Pre-treatment Recommendations: The client should not have any metal objects in the treatment area during treatment. This includes: Body piercings, clothes with metal attachments or studs. A treatment should be at least 1 hour after meals. The total treatment time in a day should not exceed 1 and a half hours and one treatment area should not exceed 1 hour a day. Do not eat or drink during treatment. Try to leave at least one hour between the end end of a treatment eating. During the course of treatments, drink more water and eat food with a high protein content. We also recommend treatment for clients over the age of 18, this being when they are considered an adult.

After care advise:   avoid exercise for 24 hours to avoid overworking the muscle. Keep up with the course of treatments for best results. Please bring spare comfortable clothing and underwear to change into after the procedure specially if we are doing core areas of the body as we use sticky get pads that can get on your clothes during the procedure and be washed off easily later. Many patients have minimal discomfort following the procedure, however you may experience one or more of the following sensations: deep itching, tingling, numbness, tenderness to the touch, strong cramping, nausea, bloating, muscle spams, aching and/or soreness. Using Ibugel and Arnica gel can help with bruising and soreness post treatment. When treating the flanks and abdomen, we strongly recommend that yo use compression garments to help ease any pain for up to 3 weeks after treatment.
