We politely request if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Regrettably, due to an increased number of clients failing to provide sufficient notice when cancelling, to help protect our business, we have had to introduce a 50% late cancellation fee.
If less than 48 hours notice is given prior to an appointment, we will request 50% of the total service fee as compensation. The fee will be requested via direct payment link sent to the client phone number we have on record or taken directly. If a cancellation fee is left unpaid, payment will be required before any new appointments are accepted.
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, but we would much rather work with clients to reschedule an appointment than cancel last minute.
